There is an update! Someone named VladFRY has recruited the same Russian voice actors to fill in the missing lines and fix other things, and the files are here on the Workshop. But they require some extra steps to work. Search "фразы", get the ones titled Фиксы старых фраз, and Новые фразы (the others are server-side mods). The problem is these are for the actual Russian version of the game, so the voice files are in their own folder. The solution is to simply unpack the files, move the /sound folder to the right place, include a addoninfo.txt file (or it won't load), repack, rename, and put the VPK in one's /addons folder.

I opened a campaign and on the intro Rochelle started to speak with the original lines, it's probably because the mod hasn't all the voice lines from her but when I'm playing she's speaking in Russian at least. Anyway, good mod mate

Do you think you could update this mod to work after the Last Stand update? Some english voicelines are now present (ex. intro dialogue of Dark Carnival campaign)

some lines get cut off before she can finish saying them especially the reloading lines is there a way to fix it?

well, im not really sure if there is a region differance, i found a mod where the only german audio is from the no mercy map, and the only german audio i hear through out the rest of the game is the side comments. i didnt even know there was two differant region languanges lol, if you want i can find the mod and link it to you if you want to check it out for yourself?

Thanks :) Well, I'm working on the german version right now, but somehow, Steam only downloads the base game's and the third DLC's sound files for this language. Dumb question: Is there any kind of region difference in the german version (cut out missions, scenes, etc.)? :)

omg I was wondering what happend to that, I downloaded the voice packs becuse my l4d1 charaters talk bits of german so the russian lfd2 voice packs were nice. Is it possable if you could do other voice packs from differint countries? i always think it would be pretty neat to have the suvivers talking in different languages. If not i understand, keep up the good work! :)
