This mod uses the exact same mechanic as AWG mod and they work well together too but they wont make the world bigger together. Either this mod or AWG mod (sorry i can't remember the mod priority order number) overrides the world resize part. So if you set, say 10 in AWG mod world resize option and 50 in this mod then if i remember correctly, this mod overrides it and the world size is 50 or if AWG mod had higher mod priority then the world size stays 10.
Yes, this mod should be compatible with all other mods and only focuses on making the world larger for people who need it. It has no other features than that.
sizes = {
["tiny"] = 1,
["small"] = 350,
["medium"] = 400,
["default"] = 425,
["large"] = 425,
["huge"] = 450, -- put the size you want here. Should not exceed 600 (which is really big anyways)
Wish we could make a mod for that, but for some reason Klei doesn't let us access it through modding, so you have to edit the files manually ...
Well, not exactly, I just helped a friend out. But the game has changed quite a bit so we'll see :)
No problem at all.
@Everyone else
I will add detailed mod description later and screenshots as well when i have the time to do so.
Until then, the mod is pretty much self-explanetory, default world size is 3 and you can go up to 50 which makes the world a LOT bigger than it normally is. The mod should be compatible with all other mods as well. Bare in mind though, the bigger the map is, the more server resources it needs and the map generation might take a while so be patient and if it fails, try regenerating the world again or lower the size number.
