It's mostly because all the other races lack underwear. As such, making humans the only "censored" race just felt out of place. Especially when it clashes with some modded outfits. So we're a lot more tolerant of that.

honestly its kinda crazy to me how different the terraria and starbound modding communities are despite how similar the games are, if u had posted smth like this on terraria's steam workshop they would hate you, but here in the starbound community most of them are like "wow what a splendid mod indeed" lmao
probably since the game hasn't been updated in centuries and this one keeps the consistent pixel scaling of the vanilla game but still kinda funny

Github is to make pull requests so if someone wants to add their own sprite edit of a mod race, they can send it to be added to the project. The mod itself has every patch, just subscribe if you are just using rather than making additions.

Someone said this wasnt compatible with cutebound but for me personally the only issue is that it makes the cutebound avians legs brown with no way to change the color, not gonna ask for a way to fix that but I thought it was kinda funny its just that specific thing that was being weird for me

I love to see that as other mod, i have some issues with clothings on male characters

does anyone know of a mod that makes it so when you are wearing something you cant can see them bouncing through the clothes.

The great thing about GROTU is being able to wear swimsuits and other outfits without the default underwear showing. I'm currently playing with the kitsune race mod and that underwear just gets in the way u.u

Unfortunately, no. Two reskin mods will conflict, with one taking priority over the other. A separate mod has to be made with the express purpose of taking priority over "MtUaCP".

I do have a genuine question though (I'm s a noob when it comes to modding SB so my apologies in advance if I'm asking something dumb). But is there a way to make this mod compatible with "Make the universe a cuter place", or maybe I'm doing something wrong? I noticed that if I have both instaled, underwear still shows up, but if I remove the Cuter Universe mod, this mod works as intended. Is there a way to have both working? Thank you in advance for a reply.

@BITney, The Pixel Heister : I don't know if you're legit asking or joking, given the section of description directly above the comments specifically addresses this: The dev haven't been updating it with individual requested races for years. You'd have to comission the dev or doing it yourself, if you're inclined to doing pixel art.

Hi, Can I request a patch for the Halfsea race (its on the Kitsune Race Mod page)?

Honestly contributions to the mod is welcome or if anyone wants to make a patch for nippleless mammalian races or whatever.

Also guys tails are part of the body sprite, i dont include tails as a seperate thing.

As long as a mod is not explicit in nature, Steam is fine with it. There's no "parts" being shown, no actual adult content. This essentially falls under the same category as Sonic characters not wearing clothes. Are you going to complain to SEGA about that too? Oh, you're not? Then grow up.

Is there a way to turn off support for specific supported races? I have the "Fluffy Tail" Lyceen reskin and this mod overwrites all skins no mater what load order is used it seems.

Everyone, PLEASE! Stop asking for new races in the comments. The mod creator has said IN THE DESCRIPTION that if you want races added, you eithert COMMISSION them (pay them to do it) or make them YOURSELF. The author does NOT want us asking in the comments. Respect their wishes!

@Kallis, here's a quote directly at the bottom of the description:
"Don't ask in comments for new races, this mod modifies all vanilla races and the races listed so it's considered done. Whatever will be added is by either community contributions (do it yourself) or by commissioning me to do it."

In short, if you want a race added, make it yourself or PAY the mod creator to do it. If you just ask in the comments, it's not gonna happen.

I know you probably won't see this, but could you make a patch for the Phox race? Oh and if it's because the modder maybe didn't approve, then I'm sorry for asking...
