does this work as a warehouse in CSL?

This is the closet I've seen for building an urban village with converted mills and warehouses, it looks great

@donoteat Agree these would be weird to have as growables on their own. But the Building Theme mod could make them work as their own custom district theme and work to create a organic growable super-zone. If you ever have the time, would love growable versions! Keep up the great work.

Is it perhaps possible to add one module to each of the three mill sets containing loading doors on all floors?

Then we can build modular (European) warehouses with your three sets which can compliment the mills. Or built them in harbours near the quayside.

Are these just for RICO? Is there a growable version that can be used with District Theme?

We've got a set of those in my town. They're from an old textile mill and they've been converted into lofts.
