why does this take off if in the actual Subnautica it stays on the platform the whole time and it
just looks like you're in space? :P

But when i disconnect from the platform it still doesnt move even when the thrusters are on.

Disconnect from the platform first, Pablo. That's button number 2. Make sure the hydrogen thrusters are on and you're already moving the ship forward so it doesn't fall to the ground.

The data bank entry has this part in it:

Stage 1: Primary thrusters for reaching atmosphere escape velocity
Stage 2: Secondary thrusters activated in orbit

Stage 2 can't really activate thrusters from inside the ship. The bottom has to come off first.

FYI, the bottom part of the Rocket isnt supposed to Detatch from the Cockpit.

as soon at subnautica went into full release i went digging for this thing, and could not find it, thankyou so much! now i can do a subnautica roleplay! =)
