Uhh, you can check out about gmod sound issues, you can google it i guess. Idk why this can be happening so frequently for some people.

Gonna post this out of complaints since it's just a minor issue. It appears 2 sounds are not working with this car. the ignition sound when the player enters the car, and the sound for when it slows down after accelerating.
here's the error logs in the console.
