This weapon design is still sick to this day, this makes me think the weapon would have an almost Loose Cannon like mechanic where you cook a piece of charcoal that’s shot out of the chamber, something adjacent to Roadhog’s Alt-Fire

This looks well as a mod and as a stand-alone weapon. Also fits the Pyro's Theme to the maximum, if he was in medieval times. Maybe we can have a Map Restriction if Valve starts working on ACTUAL updates and not patch notes (which are still beneficial) so that this can be locked to DeGroot Keep or just leave it all-maps.

Cool, but I think it should shoot something else instead of fire balls.... Cannons :P

Why not have it so the coal frags on hit, sendding smaller coal chunks about? The base coal would krit on a flaming oponent, while the frags mini-krit. Note: Same enemy CAN be hit by the coal frags if they run into them in mid flight. However, to keep it balenced, it would have a slower reload, and slow your weapon swap speed, as it apears bulky. This could be good for a more beefy Pyro set.
