For Vampire Counts, the units should be there in Custom Battles. Try to redownload.

Hey I don't know what direction you are thinking of going with an Expanded Roster pack...
But a bunch of us Vampire players have been hoping for Meshal to come back to us and update this mod.

It had a lot of cool stuff in it that I miss and it currently produces a CTD if you try to use it.
