It seems that Rochelle had different facial features in the Beta version. I'm comparing them right now, and she seems to have a bigger nose, bigger lips, no earrings most importantly, and a different hair style.

I think I like the original Beta version much better. If only someone in this world had the original...

Rochelle's shirt was actually a dark purple in the beta, not orange. (her shirt color changed a lot during game development, but was purple during the open/playable beta)

@Buddhist Anarchy Spy This re-skin is BASED on the Beat version. It supposed to feel Beta-ish, but not to the point where it doesn't look the normal Rochelle.
