It would be great if the health bar is not visible when the creature is in the dark . Otherwise it often reveals the position of enemies at night and thereby undermines an essential mechanic of the game, unfortunately.
Is there a setting to change this?

Aside from that it's a great mod! I really appreciate the customization settings.

After some testing: it seems to happen if you move your mouse too fast while dragging the icon.

Icon becomes unresponsive after dragging it for a small distance. No idea when this started, but it's a new bug.
