While only one of these has ever appeared in my city so far, it's by far one of the best growable landmarks in my town! It currently welcomes people entering town from the city's main entrance.

If you use RICO you can find it in the office tab. If you don't use RICO it is a growable office building.

@Dave An interesting and pragmatic view on the building. I try to make them not too unrealistic, because i imagine the "common" skyscraper will be more functional and less fluff.

I also don't want to make my growables too tall. The High Interest Tower (level 5 unique vanilla building) is my reference. Taller buildings would be uniques with more tris, bigger maps and bigger footprint.

An interesting building. It's not the tallest in town, but it's a great example of a building that distinguishes itself not because of its height, but because of its unusual form. I suspect its shape would help deflect high winds, cutting down on swaying.
