As for concerns about the proportions of the weapon, the reference I used is image shown on the wikipedia article for the nagamaki. I can't say I had heard of a nagamaki before someone suggested I make one for Skyrim, so if you didn't know what it was I don't blame you.
I don't plan to add anymore colour options at the moment. I can see why you'd want a specific colour to fit with some other item, like armor. Adding more colour options really becomes a headache. At some point I had to stop myself and limit the amount of colour variations I included. Also, with every extra colour I include, the file size goes up by about 12mb.
@Badfish
When it comes to lore, I think it's subjective whether it is lore-friendly or not. Like Luministus and Vault Boy said, there is the Blades katana. As for the colour, I don't know where you found a green one. If you really think, you can come up lore friendly sources of these colours.
Blue bioluminescent cave mushrooms for blue
Dragon's Tongue, iron heavy soils, and/or ground dreugh exoskeleton for orange/yellow
Deathbell, Gleamblossom and Poison Bloom for pink/purple
I should set the crafting perk requirement at daedric. I didn't at first because I made this for someone to include in their mod. They wanted the requirement to be steel. I normally balance the crafting perk requirement with the strength of a weapon, not with the material it's made from. I may change this in the future. This shouldn't effect anyone whose already crafted the weapon without having the daedric crafting perk.

I just checked and in the creation kit I have the keyword for greatswords associated with these weapons, but the animations are the 2 handed axe animation. SO I believe the weapon type should be greatsword in-game. There is sparse information on this stuff, but I don't think the animation set should NOT effect the perk associations.
Wikipedia: The nagamaki (Japanese: 長巻, literally "long wrapping") is a type of traditionally made Japanese sword (nihonto) with an extra long handle, used by the samurai class of feudal Japan. Don't get me wrong. I like the nagamaki and your weapons look pretty good, but you should change them. Because the nagamaki is a sword.
Just a thought.
As for the category, I'm not sure I know what you mean. If you mean crafting category, it's in the studded category. The reason why that is is briefly explained in the description.
