It has already been fixed, not officially but there is a workshop addon that brought Cinema back to life and no it doesn't need Flash Player.

Also I hear this doesn't work anymore. So use this. Or go to sandbox mode and use Media Player addon.

-it says you need adobe flash player, which got removed almost 2 years ago (rip flash player)
-the browser used for requesting videos is also outdated and youtube doesnt load
