Why is the reload sound the same in all RHS mods as it was in the original?

the sound of the M16 and the M4 should be different, as I remember everyone who has used both says that the M4 has a flash and a bigger bang than the M16

The sound for the suppressed M14 EBR is way to quiet. It sounds like it does in a Hollywood movie.

I'm finding the secondary sounds are a bit too quiet i.e echos and distant reverbs are almost non existent unless you turn up the volume really high.
Pistols in forest have a better mix for example, more even. The sound just needs to sell the power of the weapon a bit more and I think secondary sounds (echo, bullet travel etc) are holding it back.

The M3 MAAWS is very quiet compared to the other RHS launchers, might be vanilla RHS sound, only it feels somehow quieter than even that.

i mainly play with the UH-60 black hawk and its using the regular RHS sound, before the update it had your custom sound and now it doesnt

Do you know of any sound mods that make the RHS vehicle sounds a little more aggressive sounding? As in, mostly there weapons? The .50 Cal on the Humvees is incredibly weak sounding. Thank you for the swift reply.

So to really understand, the vehicle sounds are the normal rhs sounds, right? That's OK, because this mod only makes handheld weapons to have my sounds. I couldn't keep track of all the vehicles and have to re-edit the config and stuff in order to make it work again.

Experiencing the same problem as cmdhall, still. Had the problem a few months ago and tried to receive a solution and it appears there was quite a misunderstanding in my words. I was saying I disabled the mod, because the sounds were the default sounds, which were hot garbage. Not the mod itself. If I could experience the actual sounds to JSRS USAF, that would be fantastic.

hi im having issues with the sounds, they are just the regular sounds when using any of the vehicles, im using the mod in random eden editor missions that i make myself and are brand new. any idea how to fix this?

Sorry my man..When I call up the map I was making in the map editor, They say it's still missing. (JSRS_Soundmod_Cfg_RHS_USF_Air_Vehicles) So I can't bring up the map that I was making.

The unsupported rhs vehicles mod should be deleted for now and it would go back to the vanilla sounds. I'll bring them back eventually

Nice update, lil bit of feedback. The bolt action sniper rifles (M40 M24 SWS and M2010ESR) they have a very dull muffled/too soft of a sound. But the tail and the bolt etc is GREAT. Thank you again- and glad this is still being supported.

loving it so far, just waiting for update to fix all the sounds to apply to guns.

not completely broken fortunately as some guns still work, I believe it's because RHS may have changed/updated some classnames for certain guns that have been tweaked, hopefully someone else would be able to implement their own compatfile soon.

As mentioned below by 数学天才 - New update to RHS has deemed this broken at the moment. Hopefully you have intentions to update!

Pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that people would continue to steal mod creators content until the creators get so fed up they quit.

@Moonbreaker Only have JSRS and RHS installed and a few mission addons. But yeah, I did uninstall and reinstall just to see and still nothing. Not sure why you're being a little defensive about it, but I am not saying its anyone's fault other than mine. Just trying to see if other people have experienced this problem and solved it and if the mod maker had a fix of some sort.

But its pretty much a safe bet. I installed arma 3 for about 100 Times and loaded the JSRS Mod afterwards. It always works. Always.
So you have to check it on your side. Too many mods are breaking the game. I hope you know that. Uninstall the game and all mods.

I already assumed I didn't get it to work the first time. Was not taking a stab at JSRS. I've used JSRS in Arma 2 for many many hours. Would never discredit this mod.

For private and professional reasons, I can not continue this project until indefinitely. In addition, the theft within our community continues and not only destroys the reputation of the original authors but also provides for problems within different versions. Therefore, I see myself forced to take this step. I ask for understanding.

@Kenny If it sounds the same as before you probably never got it to work. And on the other hand the humvee is not covered by this, just weapons as I did only vehicles for cup.
