You dont have to use the trees, thats why I didnt link them. Just unsub and place the vanilla. You can ignore the red loading screen manager warning. Props and trees are not a dependency in a strict way. If you are not subbed to trees or props, they will simply not disappear in your game, nothing more nothing less

Would you consider an update or re-release using the lantana and live oak by MrMaison that became "vanilla" with today's patch?
this would allow to reduce the workshop assets adn free up RAM.

Thats just vanilla with pavement and street texture being replaced by my old pavement and streets theme.

The central europe collection is top notch. :3 but whats the winter map theme you're using in the last 4 screen shots? (Assuming it's a theme.) I've been trying to find a winter theme that doesnt make concrete look like cold garbage and my parking lots hardly visible.
