Yes. I specifically prefix all item ids with stolte_ so that my mods won't conflict with others. However, this also means that the pulse rifles from Supper's Combat Overhaul will not use my pulse rifle sprites, and my pulse rifles will not use Supper's weapon mod system or alt abilities.
I don't think it would be the result of incompatibility with other mods. I noticed that bug once myself with another weapon mod of mine, but I didn't think this one had it as well. I'm not sure what's causing it, but I'll investigate and see if I can figure it out.
The item codes are stolte_commonpulserifle, stolte_uncommonpulserifle and stolte_rarepulserifle.
