Pretty much, if you were able to get them on a more frequent basis (and a bigger ammo pool) it would have been more fun to use.

I like the concept, but sometimes it's a little bit of a stretch to find a severed cow head in the middle of a city or in an airport. I'd prefer something like a severed arm or just a chunk of flesh. Still a great concept though.
