Thanks man I figured it out. Steam glitch(?) After subbing it showed as enabled in the Steam workshop properties menu but it didn't work until I unchecked and rechecked the enabled checkbox.

Double-check you enabled it. Load order isn't a thing for mod users in XCOM 2. Try clearing your user configs:

Aah, so you mean camo for the pants? That's just how vanilla pants are. There's a mod called Grim Style Armor that has differently textured armor so you can have camo on pants as well. Hope that helps.

There is the "Main body colour" like the pictures, and there is the "Secondary body colour" that is the pants in the picture. The pattern we got support the "main body colour.

@So slow I apologize, but I can't add tags anymore. Old PC kicked the bucket and I lost the original mod files, and as such I can no longer update the mod because updating steam tags requires me to have access to the original files.

Hmm alright. I'd suggest you try unsubbing and subbing again, see if that maybe works.

I remember having this issue back when WotC came out and I unsubbed from this and any other mods that added patterns and it seemed to fix it.
