Also @RainingMetal, you were asking about a SPARK pack. I have one of those too. Search for "Conventional SPARK Rifles" to hopefully get what you're looking for.

@Birb Iirc, Shadow Lance does 5-6 damage by default. It's naturally weaker than most weapons by design. See here: http://xcom.wikia.com/wiki/Weapons_(XCOM_2)#Combined_Table
