Can you do make these type of houses as residentials, please? Alright quality ones and more rundown wooden ones. Would fit in perfectly in my soutchamerican cities!

It's not just patina, it has mismatched windows and doors, as well as a strange wall colour :steammocking:
Your recent buildings are much much better in this case, because they look as good as new

Why did you make this building look so run down? It's strange seeing a building in my city being built already in a dilapidated state
