does this come with a navmesh?

i dont know what has been done to this map, but as soon as i load in i get MASSIVE framerate drops that were enough to crash my game. Maybe i've done something wrong but not that i can tell.

it's the same maps as gm_bigcity, so just take the nav mesh from gm_bigcity
