@fancyman sweet man it will be awsome but the steel sword is off and i kinda bugs me go check out the dhovakiin retreat and look at the dhovakiin sword he made it so it was the actual oblivon texture but im not trying to discredit your mod i mean its really cool have had it downloaded since the firdt day i got the game

FancyMan i love this mad but you should make compadible with short sword mod or make short swords with the textures with actual oblivion textures

Thanks for trying out the mod, Jericho. I do plan on adding it to the nexus soon, but there are some things I'd like to address here before I get into that.

I'm planning on restarting this mod. As you can see, I haven't updated in a LONG time. Reason being that I want to try and match the art style and quality achieved by Bethesda, so I've been spending a lot of my time looking at old concept art, playing skyrim/oblivion, and honing my skills with Maya and CS5. I've made quite a bit of headway towards that goal.
When I do get there, I'll be uploading my work as a separate mod file.

Long story short, I want to have a better quality mod before I jump into the nexus, and it's going to be a while. Sorry for that

When do you think you'll be uploading to Nexus? I enjoyed the small amount of playtime I got and would like to add this as one of the last mods to my NMM mod list.

I still subscribed as it sounds like a good mod I loved the Fine steel longsword and the steel longsword/shortsword combo in Oblivion they were simple yet realistic I have often times felt that the weapons in Skyrim as well as the armors were a bit unrealistic in apperance

@RAMcWIN Thanks for the encouragement. I've been lazy with this mod- I'm going to be readding it to the nexus with some higher quality and better optimized meshes that fit the cyrodiil theme.

This pleases me. Seriously though, thank you for the update on an update. This is one of my favorite mods and I appreciate the hard work. I look forward to your future work.
