- Removes all the mods that were automatically added in the includes[] array

There's way too many chances of causing some circular dependencies down the includes line, so better to have it safe. Thanks Xilosc, Salora Rainriver and Naranar, and sorry if your game crashed because of it!

Similar treatment to Gyrusens+, The Pony Modpack, Batong Vampire, Avali or Phox Race; workaround mentionned in the description.

Removed Avali from includes, since Avali includes FU, and FU includes this, and Starbound doesn't handle circular dependencies. (Thanks Xilosc, and sorry for any spooked FU & Avali users!)

- Adds missing patches for all the techstations on the Steam workshop as of 2018/06/07
- Adds all the mods who's techstations are patched into the includes[] array
