Fixed texture bug with the new mech drill.

-Added new mech arm part, the AV Mech Drill Arm! (Item id: mechavarmdrill)
*crafted with a 'Power Elock', and 35 Duresteel Bars.
*Blueprint drops from the T5 blueprint. (It's the purple blueprint if you use my mech blueprint tiers mod)

-Added new elock, the Power Elock! (item id: powerelock)
*crafted with 10 refined aegisalt, 10 refined violium, and 10 refined ferozium.
*Power Elocks are needed to craft all the upcoming mech parts I'll be adding!

-Added "Avonian" colony tag so you could use avonian furnature to attract your avonian npcs to spawn with the colony deed.

-Added AV Jukebox that plays the "Athina Vale" theme.

-Bug fixed.

-Added Avonians npc's. Avonians can now spawn as guards, merchants, and villagers throught the colony deed!
>Spent about half a day making dialogue for Avonians and other races talking to Avonians.
>Avonians could also give quests. So enjoy that good stuffs.

**Report any bugs you find please, big update with alot of work, so there's bound to be some problems**
