-tried to fix grid-icon related bugs once and for all (they werent common and I never experienced them, but some people reported them as a rare occurence)

-implemented a more robust triggerevent based system that should make thos darn grid mini icons work in all cases (was dependent on load order compared to LW2's screenlisteners before)

-fixed a nasty bug when using the building grid icons in conjunction with LW2 (it could render soldiers unusable)
-any affected soldiers should be restored automatically when loading a game with the new version of this mod active
