Mostly updated all the new stuff from 1.4 but Noble's portrait

Quick fix;

Removed changed on arm sprites, looked too weird/thin ingame

Lots of updates on clothes and armors for all races

Corrected a couple more face animation on all races
Fixed a wrongly colored pixel on one of the floran expressions

Novakid's mouth color changed back to what it was supposed to be

Fixed novakids

Updated expression sprites for all races and some more body touch ups

Corrected the Apex AI problem, there's still animation to do on them though
changed a couple more clothes
