minimized distance in Reb Obj stack up script to speed up deck combination

1) hidden zone on recruitment card area now only hides relevant cards (normal to see through it to the placemats beneath for both sides);
2) hidden zone on recruitment now is the primary color of each team so any 1v2 games won't have visibility issues for the 1p;
3) changed manuals to the pdf object type (use arrows or maximize button to change pages) -- the old card deck style manuals are in the main game box (or xpak for xpak manual) if you prefer those;
