Added an npc version for the dualwestars. Added an weapon icon to the spawnmenu.

Fixed the view model to the correct view model. I have no idea why I did that. IM sorry for not updating sooner, but im working on a new addon and someone is helping me work on the dual weapons atm, so expect updates soon.

Fixed the westars gun base to the custom gun base ive been using for my sweps. Also editing the old venator map for you guys.
