-The Night Vision Update

-The map is now set at night.

-Added various lights to some areas to brighten, and help guide the player.

-Made a room outdoors.

-Added bars to windows you cannot jump through.

-Textured some areas.

-Other things I forgot.

-Added planks between the first platform and second in the first sniper range
-all snipers other than the second been nerfed, paint time increased by .5
-both snipers in the final zone always miss their first shot
-added some textures to the cargo courtyard
-expanded the coast area to hide some graphical glitches
-moved seagull deathbox behind player so it won't crash FPS as bad for goremod users
