Updated Prop Launcher to be even awesomer than ever before.

- I fixed the multiplayer bug, so now you can have individual props n stuff on the clientside.
- Added a button to the spawn menu for easy prop loading.
- Cleaned up options panel
- Gravity Toggle
- Speed slider
- Give button
- Clean all props button
