- you now can change the transparency of the panel by clicking on the money/budget icon in the top left corner

- slider now enable upon city milestone (thanks to maculator)
- slightly increased slider length (but not panel size)
- fixed small bug when in build mode

- added panels for every single slider
- added beta mod support (got removed)
- reworked a lot of code to make it shorter
- added picture with all 16 panels

- created the option to make the panels sticky, if you want to have them open permanently
- fixed panel dragging
- while in build mode and opening the button panel on the top left, the panels now move to the side, so they dont overlap any buttons
- replaced old pictures with new ones and english text
