Detailing, displacements, and a shortened the CT route from spawn to B a bit

Just some general detailing, some optimization and no more box skybox (you know what I mean)

This is not a finished update, but people asked for being able to play on this new version.

-Detailed the A site and CT spawn just to give a general idea of how the map will look.
-Pushed T spawn back a little bit just to fix timings
