Added Dorjas Despawn during Pellaeon Regime
Changed some PNGs in the MEG to TGA to hopefully fix my nightmare
PLUS VERSION: Made it where you get 5 groups at a Time
PLUS VERSION: if not playing empire it "should" make the AI Get groups but it will be a hard Game due to the change Above

Removed Il Raz from Admirals Group
Added New Custom hero to make sense for the Admirals group: ISB Agent Nyra Dangir
Added Heroes to Empire Progression Spawn Sets
Isard's Regime : Yonka
Dark Empire : Il Raz
Carnor : Norym Kim
Daala : Pellaeon (in Firestorm), Brusc, Mullinore, Nolis and Golanda
Pellaeon : Vilim Disra, Tethys, Shargael, Vit and Dorja (dorja doesn't have a despawn if you play with thrawn it will be added later)
