Nerfed ally Gastly's Poltergeist Stamina cost from 2 -> 3. Ally Gastly's max Stamina changed to 4.

Ally Moltres no longer shows the draw pile in order.

Ally Zapdos now shuffles cards from discard pile into draw pile instead of placing cards on top on draw pile.

Ally Pokemon now prioritize targeting enemies without Block and low HP enemies so fighting Digletts is less annoying.

Fix bug where save/loading reversed the team order.

Fix ally intent not updating when Diglett/Dugtrio block were broken.

Fix ally intents getting hidden by Runic Dome.
