v1.5 - Post contest patch !

Helios was a bit too weak before, this should help him quite a bit !
Basically, almost all of his moves are now faster and more reliable. Sols now have a new effect to make them more reliable too !

General -

NEW
Sols now become unbreakable during a short window after being hit by Helios
- Total duration : During hitpause and 6 frames after exiting hitpause

Stats -
Increased initial dash speed (6.0 -> 6.2)
Increased max jump horizontal speed (5.0 -> 5.4)
Increased wave dash horizontal speed (1.35 -> 1.4)

Reduced startup (-1)
Increased hitbox size

Ftilt -
Reduced startup (-1)
Increased hitbox size

Utilt -
Improved vertical range

Reduced landing lag (-1)

Fixed a bug where a frame during the sol control window was missing
Reduced the number of frames in the sol control window (-3), and adjusted the sols control speed step to compensate (0.15 -> 0.18)

Reduced startup (-4) and recovery (-2)

Fspecial -
Reduced startup (-2) and recovery (-1)
Increased hitboxes size

Bugfixes -

Fixed a bug where a sol could lose its speed when trading with an opponent's hitbox
Fixed a bug preventing fspecial from bouncing in some specific cases
