Added missing sounds from the light fixtures.

6/28/23 - Update

Added different skins to containers around the maps.
Changed the lighting in the hanger to be more akin to that of the original game's.
Added new admin room settings and revised an old one.
Map no longer packs models inside, instead required the prop pack. (This will save on filespace in the long run as I port more maps.)
DSP effects (echoey, weird sound changes based on the environment you're in) added to the soundscapes (Thanks Dopey!)
