-change ups to core states including:
-Isle of Man given cores on itself
-Ukrainian cores made more historical to the timeframe
-name stuff including:
-ideological names for most German releasables
-ideological names for other releasables
-fixed names for releasables
-cosmetic tags
-fixed up german puppet names for soviet nations
-third rome now matches up with other romes in terms of name being local language
-fixed spanish civil war side names
-ottoman empire -> sublime ottoman state (the actual historical name)
-many fixes and minor tweaks, including:
-corrected M-R Pact and thus generalgouvernment borders
-fixes in focus trees e.g. poland has railroad fixes here and there
-proper SSR flags given to SSRs
-more impassable borders in yugoslavia (Dinaric Alps) & more crossings
-east frisian islands
-leaders being adjusted around
-full romanian fragmentation actually releases every possible romanian releasable
-italy now has colonial police properly fixed
-ottoman coring decisions adjusted to match historical ottoman borders
-poland's economy laws, industry, and integrating danzig now made more historically time accurate
-other stuff too, there's a lot
