-Added short sleeves C_Hands
-Added different skin colors for the C_Hands
-Added 1 new upper body and the UFE Heavy upper body to the UFE Soldier
-Replaced the Heavy lower body with the same one they use in the game
-Replaced the old normal maps with better new ones
-Made the NPCs spawn with masks less often
