-Added New Medievil Game Mode: Quest Mode *Overworld/Cave Only*
Chalice Altars now spawn in types of locations based on their ID
These locations are loosely based on the Chalice locations from Medievil.
**For now only servers that support Overworld and Caves will this mode function correctly**
Support for Overworld Only and/or Caves only may come later, if there is a Want for it.
*Note: Using mods that remove types of "Rooms" from the Game may impact this Mode. Randomized Mode is a better choice.

-Medievil Game Mode: Randomized *Overworld Only, Overworld/Cave, Cave Only*
Chalice Altars will be randomly placed on the map on the world type of your choice.

-Golden Armor: Max durability lowered from 900 to 780
