Changed Watchtower MKIX rate to 20 health per 1 second to reduce flashing

Buffed Watchtower MKIX health gain to 5 health per 0.25 seconds (20 health per second), changed sound position to the healed player

Buffed Watchtower MKX armor generation to 1 armor per 0.125 seconds (8 armor per second)

Added Watchtower MKXI, functions similarly to Watchtower MKIX but removes all debuff buildup in exchange for having a longer cooldown and much weaker healing over time (10 health per 2 seconds)

Buffed Watchtower MKVIII damage to 350

Buffed Watchtower MKV damage to 80, added sound to indicate whenever it attacks

Added a sound to Watchtower MKVI to indicate whenever it attacks

Added Watchtower MKIX, acts similarly to Watchtower MKIII but targets players to heal them for 10 health instead

Added Watchtower MKX, acts similarly to Watchtower MKIII but targets players to give them 2 armor instead
