I forgot to re-reverse the legends logics that was inverted in 1.18.1, so I included some little fixes that I had pending.


- Fix some YML (rice_cultivators do not state you can build farm estate anymore & cleanup the sacred pool & waterworks)
- Reduce event log flood with host_dinner_events.1090
- Fix part of the desc being empty in hunt.2510 when the legendary beast was already sighted previously
- Fix the weight multiplier to select a potential scheme agent in feast_default_joe.1010
- Fix Imperial examiner list computation
- Reverse the legend creation logic that was inverted in 1.18.1
- Tweak the monastic_schools_02 to display that you need the city planning innovation if you don't have it
- Fix the imperial examination cost discount if you have the kaifeng palace

New version 9.0.8

- Now compatible with 1.18.2, there are not many new fixes as the main goal was to get everything back on track

- Fix appointment_investment_cap looking at building directly instead of building parameters
- Fix with the kinslayer trait opinion not being applied properly
- Fixed emperor_administrative_vassal_female_roman flavorization
- Fixed hegemon_female_gok_mongolic flavorization
- Fixed hegemon_female_gok_turkic flavorization
- Allow mpo_nomad_events.1013 to fire even if they do not have the nomadic governements (the letter event when someone received the head of the previous ruler)

- This new version is lighter, thanks to Paradox that have included many fixes that were made in the mod into the base game (see patch note 1.18.2).
