UPDATE: Added a config option to hide the empty and locked PCS icons, requested by 1AS1. This option is off by default.

BUGFIX: Minor bugfix that shouldn't occur in normal gameplay. If a unit has thier perks/traits etc updated while the display is shown, it wouldn't update. Now this panel also listens for the "OnArmouryMainMenuUpdate" event, meaning it should now refresh at the same time.

UPDATE: Added a simple filter for the Long Description text, when prefixing it to the Promotion Text, to check it is not already there .. thanks to Rev for the report on discord and MrCloista for testing :)

UPDATE: Detailed pop-up for traits now shows the Scientific name in (parenthesis) in the title if it has one and has ~~ "quote text" added to the description. Thankyou to badassgrunt for the suggestion
