- Added a wiring node to the invisible spawner so that it can be found after being placed (in wiring mode)

- Added optional invisible spawner

- Congo's spawner has been changed from a cat-couch to a cat-pancake, to better accommodate that his sprite is not visible when sleeping on it

- Spawner description has been changed slightly

- Changed Congo's spawn anchor to prevent other mods that disable techstation spawning (such as Purchasable Pets) from preventing Congo's spawn. Congo should now spawn normally for those subscribed to Purchasable Pets or other mods that have a similar effect!

Known Issues:
Congo will not be visible when sleeping on the spawner item
