- Added the X2WOTCCommunityHighlander as a requirement.

- Added the EffectVoice configuration setting.
This setting allows to assign a temporary effect that will play the voice or the custom sound cue when the ability is successfully performed (or failed): either by the target or the caster NPC. This is useful for abilities with a non-standard visualization method, such as Viper Bind, Psionic Bomb, Stasis, Archon King Grab, etc.

- Added the AbilitySound configuration setting.
This setting allows to add an additional sound instance played upon ability activation: either by the target or the caster NPC. This works in a similar way as "AbilityVoice", but this is a separate setting with more advanced options.
This setting is useful if you want to play several sounds one after another, including Sound Cues.

- Added an option to enable custom listeners (scripts) that can play the sound cue at certain predefined moments not covered in the primary config. X2WOTCCommunityHighlander is required for this functionality.
Configurable in the XComVPExtraEvents.ini file. All listeners are disabled by default.

- Added the CheckVoices console command. Prints the voice archetype names of active units in the level to the log (modding utility).

- Added the IconSound configuration setting. Allows to replace/remove icon confirmation sounds with the different ones used in the game (modding utility).

- Restored the unused "Strangled" voice event.
Spoken by the soldiers affected by the Viper's Bind attack.
Also added several instances of "PanicScream" and "SoldierFlanked" voice events to several attack reactions.

- Added an option to replace the target hit/miss confirmation voices (VoiceResponseType, optional argument for AbilityVoice)

Marking a supply crate for extraction - Supply Raid missions (ObjectSecured)
Throwing an EMP Grenade (ElectroPulse)
Throwing an Incendiary Grenade (ThrowIncendiary)
Throwing a Frost Bomb (FrostBomb)

- Updated the voice event reference list in the ReadMe.txt file.

- Dual Strike (separate lines for the first and second bondmate)
- Icarus Jump (Icarus Armor ability)
- Frostbite (Serpent Armor ability)
- Rage Strike (RAGE Armor ability)
- Axe Throw
- Shadowfall
- Wraith (Wraith Suit ability)
- Shieldwall (W.A.R. suit ability)

LWOTC:
- Get Some (Officer class)
- Flush (Gunner class)
- Street Sweeper (Assault class)
- Lightning Slash (Shinobi class)
- Combatives (Shinobi/Gunner class)
- Clutch Shot (shared pistol ability, guaranteed hit)

LW2 Classes and Perks Mod:
Already existing events were added to some LW2 standalone ability counterparts: Double Tap, Rescue Protocol, Full Override, Interference, Airdrop, Fortify, Cyclic Fire, Iron Curtain, Flush, Slug Shot, Trench Gun, Street Sweeper, Fleche/Slash, Walkfire, Impact Fields, Steady Weapon, Clutch Shot, Mind Merge.

The page containing code with example voice events for robojumper's script has also been updated.

At this point, I consider this list to be extensive enough for the base game/LWOTC and do not plan to make further major changes to config events.
