-Changed HP icon
-Realigned and resized item icons for the teammate panel
-Health bar no longer flashes when incapped
-Dramatically reduced file size by downscaling health bar textures (was around 35MB, now around 10MB)
-Moved chatbox further up to not overlap with the 4th teammate panel
