In preperation for the big update, the hud is now distorted towards the center of screen and moves around, improved killfeed/killstreak animations and added indicators for capturing flags & destroying vehicles. Improved minimap and flag blips (flag blips now show the capture progress). Huge optimizations on all fronts !

The hud is also now compatible with the Player Armor Mutator.
