Version 1.4

Complete overhaul!

Additions:

- Nearly every pill effect is here now!
- Pill Crusher API to support modded pills
- Pill Crusher animation, dust particle effect, and bloom effect upon using the item
- Splash text is revealed when crushing a pill whose name has been revealed before
- Endless Nameless synergy

Changes:

- The item quality is now 1
- Reworked several Pill Crusher effects
- The names of pills now no longer get revealed when crushing them
- Decreased the chances of pills spawning
- Changed the crushing SFX of normal pills

- Added book of virtues synergy
- Extra pills now spawn after room clear instead of when entering the room
- Any RNG is now seeded based on run seed
- Pills now get revealed properly after being used with Pill Crusher
- Now only uses if you have a pill in your inventory, which fixes the bug where other pocket items also get deleted
