HDR Changes.
Changes to order of effects.
Removed flow from background and replaced it with a composite layer to greatly decrease performance cost.
Replaced lens flare with different asset.
No mip mapping for Ria, compressed background to DXT1.

Increased puppet warp padding to 15. Slight changes to bones, etc.
Increased breathing strength from 0.07 to 0.085.
Order of effects changed.
Bokeh.
Lens flare changes.
Dust option. Disabled by default.
Bloom enabled by default.
Bloom Strength chnaged from 0.5 to 0.3

Adjusted the following values for effects to speed things up:
Dress Waves, speed 2 to 3.
Hair Waves, speed 2.2 to 3.
Hair Waves, strength 0.06 to 0.05.
Hair Waves, scale from 15 to 25.
Shake Breathe, speed 0.8 to 1
Shake Breathe, strength 0.08 to 0.07
Some hair and shake changes to selection.
Modifications to 2nd sprite/frame.
Smoke/Vapour X position changed from 737 to 800.

WIP: Lens flare option (effect, not particle.)
