General updates:
- Updated the built-in version checker to detect 0.7.4

New additions:
- Added steam and steam noises to the basement valves
- More steam leaks out the more the valve is opened

NOTE: pressing "E" on the valves do nothing. I wasn't expecting Teardown to update so I was forced to release this update as is.

- Moved an emergency light and logo to their correct positions in one of the cooling tower sheds

- Updated the built-in version checker for Teardown 0.7.3 [experimental]

I have no idea if this new update affected the map in any way and I won't have time to check for a while. If you notice any issues after the update then hang tight and I'll fix them as soon as time allows. Cheers

Bug fixes:

- Silenced the reactor noise in the control room
- Fixed a floating moss wall near the main hall entrance
- Fixed a path near Building 2 that if destroyed it would leave a hole in the map
- Added a floor to the other turbine house

New improvements:

- Turbines can now turn back on (if they're not damaged, that is) thanks to Steam user appcrap

- Added emergency evacuation loudspeakers in the turbine room
- Added emergency evacuation loudspeakers throughout Building 2

Bug fixes:

- Fixed the large garage doors on Building 2. They now open and close properly
- Added nocull tag to all of the streetlights
