+ Added a lot more support for "Mod's in Menu" such as bios and backstories and favorite foods.
+ Cleaned up "tunings and strings" file.
~ I was going to add favorite foods for the 4 survivors but in doing that realized they already had them, they are untouched.

+ Added a config option to disallow other survivors from equipping wagstaff's goggles, Off by default
+ Wagstaff's goggles now help with the oasis's sandstorms and the lunar storms

+ Made the silver neckless unable to be equipped by other survivors

+ Fixed Blunderbuss for non-host players... Hopefully... I still have no way to test if the actual issue was fixed but I know that it still functions for the host player so at worst nothing has changed. Tell me if it has actually been fixed or not please.

+ Changed the default setting for how much monster food Wilba can eat before transforming from 5 to 3, still higher than the original, 2.

I have been wanting to change this for a long time now, I don't know why I had it set to 5 and it has been bothering me ever sense. I never remembered when updating it and I never felt like pushing an update for only this until now.

+ Fixed Wilba being in a buggy half were state after dying in her were form. Now she will revert to her normal form after dying.
+ Added configuration for if Wilba will take damage from monster foods in her normal form only, always, or never.

---[Warbucks]---
+Blunderbuss now deals damage based on the ammo used instead of a flat 200, gunpower when used as ammo will still deal 200 by default.
+Added option to configure Blunderbuss damage.

- Added config options to adjust Wheeler's pewmatic horn damage.
- Reduced default damage of Wheeler's pewmatic horn, original settings are marked as such in the config.
- Fixed a client crash that randomly happened when Wilba transforms.
- Fixed Wagstaff's ability to investigate peculiar objects when TE is installed on the server
- Added more objects to the list of objects that can be peculiar such as mush-trees and lunar trees
- Added some TE objects to the list of peculiar objects such as jungle trees, claw palmtrees, and charcoal boulders.
- Added some rewards for investigating peculiar objects when TE is installed such as oincs and relics.
